Browser Audio Alerts

When using Chrome version xxx or Edge version xxx audio alerts are not sounded when a new caller arrives into a Waiting Area. This is a browser issue and will be resolved in the next browser update issued by Google.

Workaround

Add a mobile number to receive alerts when a caller arrives
